Asking a Question in the BriteChild® Platform

1. Click on Ask Now

From your child's profile, click on the Ask Now button.

2. Type the Topic of your question

Try to keep each question related to a single topic of concern. This will assist our team in assigning your question to the most appropriate psychologist.

3. Type your question

Please include your current concerns or ask for any advice you need right now. We will review and assign your question to the most appropriate psychologist in our team.

4. Select Visibility and Ask

If you wish to Hide your questions from your guests, click "Hide from Guests"; otherwise, leave it as it is, but this means your guests can read the questions and expert responses.

When done, hit on "Ask" to send your question.

5. Confirmation message

You will receive a confirmation that your question has been sent.

6. Ready Tab

You will be redirected to your child's inbox. The "Ready Tab" will show you how many questions are ready to be read.

7. Working Tab

The "Working Tab" will show you the questions you have asked that are still pending

8. Closed Tab

It shows you all the questions regardless of their status.

9. Review your message

From here, you can view the message you sent and the status of your message - Just click on any message on the left panel.
